Located adjacent to the Florey Apartments, Lochmore is MAB's University Hill second residential development.

Jason Wong was responsible for the project feasibility and finance, as well as putting together and managing the consulting team. The project was launched under extremely tight deadlines, and Jason was recognized by MAB Corporation - being the receipient of the November 2007 Staff Excel Award.

Lochmore is a $25M development, comprises of 91 no. of apartments contained within 6 buildings.
