Working for Peddle Thorp Melbourne, Jason Wong was the Project Architect for this iconic redevelopment on St Kilda Road.

There are 300 apartments in total ranging from 1, 2, 3 bedroom units to luxurious penthouses. The value of the project is in excess of $100M

Towards the latter stages, Jason was working as the Development Manager for Baracon Group who managed the project. He coordinated the handover process and purchaser settlements.
