Casuarina Villas is located on Gladesville Boulevard Patterson Lakes. Comprising 5 no. three storey buildings, the complex incorporates a total of 49 apartments.

The project was developed by experienced Queensland developer John Lyons and managed by Baracon Group. Jason Wong was assigned by Baracon to look after the co-ordination of the consultants and the management of the builder throughout the construction phase of the project.
